Order process

With this web shop. OKI provides you with the opportunity of placing your order directly with the manufacturer. All orders received will be forwarded to authorised OKI specialist retail partners who will operate as contract partners for the completion of order. On placing its order, the buyer may indicate which OKI specialist retails partner should deliver the order.

For this reason, online orders are governed by the payment and delivery terms of the selected OKI specialist retailer. Following receipt of your order, the OKI retail partner will contact you so that all remaining details of sale may be finalised (e.g. dispatch or collection, terms of delivery, payment dates). The retailer will send the buyer a definitive confirmation of order and invoice. The online prices are net prices on payment in cash on collection from the retail partner. Of course, other terms for payment and delivery may be agreed by the parties.
